EAP Participation
Who Can Participate
You are eligible for EAP services if you are a full-time or part-time employee. Your dependents are also eligible, even if they are not enrolled in a company-sponsored medical plan. You do not need to enroll in the EAP to use its services — and DallasNews Corporation pays the entire cost of the program.
How to Use the EAP
EAP services are provided through Magellan Health Options. You must call Magellan Health Options at 1-800-523-5668. Services are
available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
