During 2023, if enrolled in the CDHP medical plan and eligible to contribute to a Health Savings Account, contribute on a tax-free basis up to $3,850 for employee-only coverage or up to $7,750 for coverage that includes dependents (amount includes any company contribution)
IRS allows an additional catch-up contribution of up to $1,000 if 55 or older in 2023
If your annual salary is less than $100,000, the company will make a contribution to your HSA of up to $650 for employee-only coverage or up to $1,300 for coverage that includes dependents (amount depends on your salary)
Use for eligible medical, dental or vision expenses
You make voluntary contributions, and if you are enrolled in the CDHP and are eligible for an HSA, you may qualify for a company contribution
Regular Health Care Flexible Spending Account:
For use with the PPO and for those employees not electing medical coverage or ineligible for the HSA
Contribute $300 to $3,050 per year on a before-tax basis
Use for eligible medical, dental and vision care expenses
Limited-Purpose Health Care Flexible Spending Account
For use with CDHP if participating in HSA
Contribute $300 to $3,050 per year on a before-tax basis
Use for eligible dental and vision care expenses only
You make voluntary contributions
Contribute $300 to $5,000 per year on a before-tax basis (the company match counts toward the maximum contribution)
You will receive a $1 for $1 match up to $20 per week (not to exceed $1,040 annually) if you are contributing
You make voluntary contributions and the company matches a portion
Counseling or referral for medical treatment for help with problems such as relationship concerns, parenting, stress, legal matters, life planning, and alcohol and substance abuse
Up to five free sessions per year per issue for you and any dependents

For most employees, two times your base annual earnings, up to $1,000,000 maximum
